It is employed from the initial quote submission process, through job traveler generation, to the final step of creating packing slips and invoices.  All inventories, purchase order status, and job status, are maintained in real time.  This system, with its embedded cost accounting module, ensures that the customer receives what was ordered, on time, and cost effective.
